Ms. Surekha Shetty holds the position of Registrar General at Alliance University, where she has devoted over twenty years to enhancing academic excellence. Her educational foundation includes a master's degree in business administration, and currently, she is pursuing her Ph. D. in Management (Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management). Ms. Surekha has held various leadership roles at Alliance University, including Senior Director of the Office of Admissions, Alumni Relations, and Career Advancement and Networking.

In her capacity as Registrar General, Ms. Surekha's vision plays a key role in shaping the institution's growth and prominence. Her extended tenure at Alliance University has paved the way for cultivating a diverse and exceptional student community, establishing the university's trajectory. Notably, her oversight of Alumni Relations initiatives has yielded enduring connections that extend well beyond graduation.

Ms. Surekha's expertise in fostering career advancement has immensely contributed to Alliance University's reputation for producing well-prepared graduates for the industry. Her initiatives to establish strategic partnerships with prominent industries and promote impactful placements continue to bridge the gap between academia and the professional world.

Furthermore, her active participation as an Executive Member of the NHRD Bengaluru chapter and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), highlights her commitment as a thought leader in organizational development. Dr. Matam Viswanathaiah holds a Ph.D. in finance from Sri Venkateshwara University, Tirupati, and brings 34 years of experience in academia and leadership. Currently serving as Registrar at Alliance University, he is dedicated to advancing academic excellence and has held key positions at prestigious institutions like PES University, IFIM, and IBS-Bangalore. His expertise spans budgeting, regulatory compliance, performance evaluation, and strategic planning.

As a prolific researcher, Dr. Viswanathaiah has contributed to numerous conferences and reputable, Scopus-indexed journals. His research interests include management, finance, and education, and he has authored multiple book chapters. His commitment to research and innovation reflects his vision for an academic environment that prepares students for global challenges while fostering socially responsible professionals.

In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Viswanathaiah has earned certifications from renowned institutions such as the Indian Institutes of Management and Harvard Business School. He has been recognized with several honours, including the prestigious Sri Siddaganga Sri Award, and is known for his creative leadership, compassionate communication, and dedication to promoting teamwork and impactful learning experiences.

Mr. Abhay Chebbi is a technophile and entrepreneur who has driven the Alliance University’s pioneering efforts in academic digitization. His leadership was instrumental in transitioning to a hybrid teaching-learning model during the pandemic, showcasing the institution’s readiness to adapt.

Mr. Abhay served as Director of Admissions for the University, where he successfully enhanced the quality and diversity of student intake. He also established strong international partnerships with leading universities in Germany. An MBA graduate from the University of Michigan, Mr. Abhay has combined entrepreneurial expertise with a commitment to social impact, contributing to the University's founding member status in PACT 2030, a QS initiative supporting the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.

With his direction, the University is advancing its educational offerings through the “Department for Continuing Education,” which leverages cloud technology, AI, and data mining to deliver certification courses, executive education, and standalone training programs aimed at improving employability skills.

Currently, he serves as the Pro-Chancellor of Alliance University.
